This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
I was jumping off my chair in amazement when I realized you were on dA! I love your story 'Now or Never' on checkmated! My friend introduced me to it about more than a year ago, and I kept checking for new chapters, but they never came, and so I thought I might take a little break and check it later on, but I soon forgot about it and now it's been over a year and I only just remembered, so I went on the website and saw there were 27 chapters! Oh God, I'm so very excited to read them! I figured why not start again, and then I saw that you put in a site for the Weasley family pic that was on dA from a friend of yours, and so I checked it and you were on her page! You're probably getting confused by now, but you see, I joined dA only a few months ago, so I didn't know about it until now when I re-read your story again that I realized you were on here. I love your work! Keep it up, and I would definitely favourite it if you put it up on here xD As you can tell, I'm a HUGE Harry Potter fan. And, the friend who introduced me to you story actually happened to also introduce me to dA. Her profile name is LunaBianchi, if you want to look it up. She, also, is a Potter maniac *grins*

I put this on mary's comments originally but figured since it was aimed towards you I would just post it here.
Your story is bloody brilliant, I have to tell you. It's soooo rare to have a story that starts with a couple getting together without a ton of stereotypical angst for the first three chapters. Not only that, but you've gone 22 chapters without having the relationship get boring.
I really appreciate that you keep the time line from the books and your present day consistent; it's very impressive. There are so many other points about it that I love but I don't even think I remember them all. Basically, I love how you kept the parents all in character and made the children stay in line with what the universe and canon characters would steer them towards. I love your depiction of Rose, who I see very much as her parents' daughter but isn't one of those Mary Sue types. She makes mistakes and even does some things that are obviously a bad idea to the reader but she's a teenage girl and it makes perfect sense for her to do it. It makes the character so much more human.
Have you posted this on The Quidditch Pitch (thequidditchpitch.org)? I'm a beta there and I could tell the others that yours has already been through the beta process. I would probably reread it just to doublecheck for small errors, but it probably wouldn't need much of anything at all.
Ok, I'm done being creepy now. Can't wait for the next update! ^_^

If life gives you lemons, carve the face of the Virgin Mary on them and sell them on E-Bay.
hee! You're not creepy! I can't tell you how much I appreciate your comments and am truly thrilled and honored that you are enjoying the story so much! I have been very concerned from the beginning with characterizations, trying to make them realistic and believeable, and I'm very concerned with keeping it as consistent with canon as possible (although, admittedly, I started this before JKR did so many of her post-DH interviews, and so all the extended family stuff is completely made up). I'm also a research-freak so I constantly double-check canon to be sure I stay consistent, and I'm so happy to know that it's paying off!!
As for TQP, I do post there (it was a featured story for October), and I'm also a beta there, so I'm validated to post directly. I appreciate your offer to help, though!
Again, thank you so so much for making my day with your comments!!
You're a beta too? Awesome! I think I remember your story on there now. Sadly, though, my crappy computer and absolute lack of time has forced me onto hiatus so I haven't been terribly observant about goings on. Can't wait for the next chapter!

I really love your Now or Nerver! I never thought anything else than the Harry Potter books could thrill me so. I just started reading it two days ago and I'm on chapter 13^^ is it finished? I didn't dare to check out the last submitted chapter in fear of spoiling myself^^
Now or Never is amazing! I followed a link from an image of Rose and Scorpius, and I'm so glad I did. On Chapter 13 right now and it's really, really awesome.
